  1. A method on how to prepare organic-inorganic hybrid membranes can be proposed.
  2. The intrinsic relation between phosphosilicate and the thermal stability, gas separation properties and proton conductivity will be investigated.
  3. These composite membranes can be applied in high temperature fuel cells.
